At the same time, the dimensions and weight of the batteries will remain unchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Torqeedo system in the 650 Alassio will be complemented by a 60kW option that consists of a 9kW 380V charger with a full charge time of 4.5 hours and a liquid-cooled battery. The use of the latter will prevent overheating of the battery, leading to a decrease in power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.flotilia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/frauscher-1-1024x640.jpg\" alt=\"Shipyard Frauscher renews boats with electric motors\" class=\"wp-image-1803\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.flotilia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/frauscher-1-1024x640.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.flotilia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/frauscher-1-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.flotilia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/frauscher-1-768x480.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.flotilia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/frauscher-1.jpg 1100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The developers decided to equip the 740 Mirage and 740 Mirage Air boats with a fast charger and liquid-cooled batteries for the motors, with a return of 60 and 110 kW as standard. Such innovations will reduce the time for a full charge from 27 to 9 hours.
