Club de Mar sits on the western side of the Bay of Palma, opposite the main port entrance and a few minutes from Palma’s old town, cathedral and Paseo Marítimo. Palma Airport is roughly 10–20 minutes away. With more than 500 berths and space for yachts up to about 170 m, it is one of Mallorca’s main superyacht addresses. There are fuel by hydrant, technical services, several restaurants, shops, a pool and 24-hour security, and a nautical school runs sailing, kayak and paddle courses. Many crewed and bareboat charters start in Palma. Day trips cross the bay to coves near Illetes, Portals and Cala Major, and longer routes go to the southwest coast, Andratx, Dragonera, Cabrera and on to Ibiza.
