Marina du Marin lies in Cul-de-Sac du Marin, a deep, well-protected bay on Martinique’s south coast, about 45 minutes by road from Aimé Césaire Airport. It has around 830 berths plus about 100 moorings, and the bay is also used as a cyclone shelter. Clearance formalities are handled at the capitainerie. The marina offers a fuel dock, a 70 t travel lift, a boatyard, chandleries, laundry and CCTV-controlled pontoons, with supermarkets, restaurants and car hire nearby. Le Marin is a major Caribbean charter base. Day sails go to Sainte-Anne, Petite Anse d’Arlet and Saint-Pierre. Week-long routes head south to St Lucia’s Pitons and on to St Vincent and the Grenadines: Bequia, Mustique and the Tobago Cays.
