Azimut S7 to be shown at Düsseldorf Boat Show

The yacht combines sporty design with the latest technological developments in sustainability.

Italian yacht builder Azimut Yachts is preparing to present its new sporty yacht Azimut S7 at the Düsseldorf International Boat Show in Germany.

Azimut S7 is a 21.6 meter yacht that continues the S range, which previously included the S6, S8 and Grande S10. The vessel's exterior was designed by Alberto Mancini and the hull lines were optimized by PL Ausonio Naval Architecture.

The yacht successfully combines sporty design with the latest technological developments in sustainability. The exterior uses carbon fiber, which has reduced the overall weight and increased the yacht's volume. In addition, the Azimut S7 has been given a highly efficient system with three 800 hp Volvo IPS engines, with a top speed of 35 knots (40 mph).

The company says that the improved performance reduces fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions at high speeds by an average of 20-30%. At the same time, the yacht has high-speed performance compared to other members of the class.

“Formed from an ambitious technological vocation to be the most advanced sports yacht in its category, the S7 is a paradigm for peak performance and luxury leisure,” commented Azimut.

The yacht features a sporty deck with extra lounge space, large sun loungers and an al fresco dining area. On the main deck, guests are offered a “relaxed and free lifestyle on board”. The lower one is home to five cabins and a spacious garage for water toys.
