Dutch yacht builder Jongert is working on the new 47-m Project Revolution

After construction resumed, the original concept and most of the ship's interiors were changed.

The Netherlands-based shipyard Jongert continues to work on its newest project, the 47m Project Revolution yacht. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 2025.

The yacht, built in steel and aluminum, will be the first to be made under the Jongert brand since the 39-meter Smooth Operator in 2010. She is currently for sale by Fraser.

Following the resumption of construction, the original concept and much of Project Revolution's interiors have reportedly been redesigned to make the yacht "more versatile and suitable for today's buyers".

The design was inspired by the concept of Flow, a yacht built in 2015. According to the shipyard, the ship will have an excellent technical base for cruising the planet.

Revolution will be designed for 10 guests and 11 crew members. The yacht will be powered by a diesel-electric propulsion system with reduced noise and vibration levels. The maximum speed will be 13.5 knots, and the cruising speed will be 11 knots with a cruising range of 4,500 nautical miles.

Jongert is a Dutch yacht manufacturer specializing in the design and construction of custom sailing yachts. The company was founded in 1953 by Wim Jongert and initially specialized in the construction of motor boats. However, in the 1960s, the company shifted its focus to building sailing yachts.
