Project Revolution

After construction resumed, the original concept and most of the ship's interiors were changed.

Dutch-based shipyard Jongert continues to work on its new project, the 47-meter yacht Project Revolution. She is scheduled for delivery in 2025.

The yacht, built in steel and aluminum, will be the first to be made under the Jongert brand since the 39-meter Smooth Operator in 2010. She is currently for sale by Fraser.

It is reported that since the resumption of construction, the original concept and most of the interiors of Project Revolution have been changed to make the yacht "more versatile and suitable for today's buyers."

The design was inspired by the concept of Flow, a yacht built in 2015. According to the shipyard, the ship will have an excellent technical base for cruising the planet.

Project Revolution will accommodate ten guests and 11 crew members. A diesel-electric propulsion system with reduced noise and vibration levels will propel the yacht. Her maximum speed will be 13.5 knots and she will cruise at 11 knots with a range of 4,500 nautical miles.

Jongert is a Dutch yacht builder specializing in designing and constructing custom-made sailing yachts. The company was founded in 1953 by Wim Jongert and initially focused on building motorboats. However, in the 1960s, the company shifted its focus to building sailing yachts.
