Admiral 499 GT

The yacht's power is based on MAN diesel engines and electric motors.

The Italian Sea Group has announced the sale of its first 53-meter Panorama equipped with hybrid propulsion. It is the Admiral 499 GT, the third in the line.

The buyer is a client from Mexico, who will receive the vessel in December 2025. The Admiral 499 GT has been developed to protect the environment and features an "innovative hybrid propulsion system e-Motion".

The power plant is based on a pair of MAN diesel engines and a pair of electric motors with permanent magnets and a set of lithium-polymer batteries.

The yacht can operate in hotel mode for eight hours, providing zero emissions and minimal noise and vibration. The vessel can also dock in "electric mode" without using engines or generators.

"The Panorama project, with its three sales, confirm the path through the 'custom made' segment," commented Giovanni Costantino, founder and CEO of TISG. "This superyacht is the first Admiral Panorama in hybrid version and credits our constant search for sustainability to the lowest possible navigation in the sea and in the atmosphere."

The yacht's interiors use natural wood, stone, and metal materials. Panorama can accommodate 12 guests thanks to five staterooms on the lower deck and an owner's stateroom on the main deck with a panoramic view from the private terrace. The garage stores a 7.5m tender, two jet skis and other water toys.
