Poland-based Sunreef Yachts has unveiled a new line of Ultima hybrid catamarans. The manufacturer positions them as high-tech and fully customizable vessels.
Designed to keep pace with the latest trends in shipbuilding, Ultima “combines comfort, performance and lifestyle.” Sunreef Yachts is offering customers a choice of 45ft and 55ft (13.7m and 16.7m) “living platforms” with a promise to introduce larger models later.
“To create Ultima, we combined the best of both multihull and monohull design philosophies. This concept is all about fast cruising, huge living space and energy efficiency,” commented Francis Lapp, founder and president of Sunreef.
Ultima hybrid catamarans feature thoughtful storage for water toys and equipment, as well as a semi-outdoor dining area and folding bulwark platforms at the stern. The company said the series is the ideal shape for those who want to "enjoy fast travel with speed, comfort and style."
