Boat Cayman Yachts 400WA

The Italian shipyard is entering a new segment of high-speed motor boats with a wheelhouse and an open deck.

Italian boat builder Cayman Yachts, which specializes in flybridge hardtop boats from 40 to 75 feet, is entering a completely new segment in which it is going to invest - high-speed motor boats with an open deck.

An absolute novelty for Cayman Yachts, the new 12.9m 400 WA boat is the result of an in-depth study of the market trends of the past few years and the company's entrepreneurial activities.

The design of the boat was created by Studio Ferragni, which is the author of the Okean models and the RIB semi-rigid models of the Capelli Boats company. The new boat has an elegant hull shape and is protected by high freeboards around the entire perimeter, allowing you to easily and safely move around the deck.

Forward there is a small cabin with a U-shaped sofa, a spacious rooftop solarium and a large raised terrace. In the central part there is a control post, which is reliably protected by a windshield and a large rigid awning. The post is equipped with all the necessary equipment, in particular, a dashboard with two screens. There are also two chairs here - for the captain and the second helmsman, behind which there is a full-fledged galley, covered with a special roof.

At the stern there is an open cockpit with large sofas and a table for dining. One of the sofas, located closer to the stern, can be transformed into a large seating area if necessary. Inside the boat there is a double bed and a full latrine. As an additional option, one more bed is offered.

The 400 WA comes with two outboard engines as standard Mercury Verado 350 hp or 400 hp each. Also, buyers will have access to a version with Volvo Penta Pod Ips600 engines with a capacity of 500 hp, through which the boat will be able to reach a speed of 34 knots. Cruise speed varies from economic 20 knots (2500 rpm) to maximum 26 knots (3000 rpm) with fuel consumption from 80 to 120 l/h.
